Emeril Lagasse
Chef Emeril Lagasse is the chef/proprietor of 12 restaurants including three in New Orleans (Emeril’s, NOLA and Emeril’s Delmonico); four in Las Vegas (Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House, Delmonico Steakhouse, Table 10 and Lagasse’s Stadium); two in Orlando (Emeril’s Orlando and Tchoup Chop); one in Miami (Emeril’s Miami Beach), and two at the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem in Pennsylvania (Emeril’s Chop House and Burgers And More by Emeril).

Brian Malarkey
As an award-winning Executive Chef, Brian Malarkey’s passion for food and entertaining is the driving force behind his pursuits in both the culinary and entertainment industry. This summer marks the highly anticipated opening of Searsucker, his first restaurant concept, serving up a delicious menu of New American Classic cuisine. Brian is also no stranger to the world of television and reality and culinary programming.

Eli Kirshtein
Born and raised in Atlanta, Eli Kirshtein, 26, has rapidly become one of the prominent, young chefs in the local landscape. He started his culinary career at the age of 16 as a cook under Chefs Kevin Rathbun and Richard Blais. Eli left Atlanta to attend the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. During his time there, Eli worked in some of the country’s greatest kitchens including; Le Bernardin, Alain Ducasse, Restaurant Daniel, and Jean Georges.

Casey Thompson
As a finalist on Bravo TV’s “Top Chef” Season 3, Chef Casey not only won America’s heart by being voted America’s favorite, but she also showed the culinary world that she can take the heat and keep cooking amongst some of the most-revered chefs. Winning over critical chefs including Eric Ripert and Anthony Bourdain with her tasteful creations, often prepared with little time and equipment, Casey made herself a star on the ever-popular culinary scene.
