Ted Drewes Frozen Custard
St. Louis, MO
Number 37 on the Travel Channel’s official list of “101 Best Places to Chow Down.” While with a carnival, Ted began making his famous frozen custard. The original St. Louis shop on Natural Bridge Road began serving in 1930, but closed in 1958. Currently, the Chippewa Street shop is open much of the year, the South Grand Boulevard location is open in summer.
